Sassy Swap Policy

Services We Provide

Sassy Swap specializes in full glass replacements for windshields, door glasses, quarters, vents, and back glasses.

★ Every installation is performed in compliance with AGRSS (Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standard) to restore crash safety and meet OEM requirements.

★ Glass Gal LLC is not responsible for regulator or switch issues inside the door panel. If we discover a faulty regulator or switch, we may stop the installation and refer you to another shop for correction before continuing with glass replacement.

Payments

★ You’ll receive upfront pricing before work begins — no surprises.

★ Payment is due at completion: Cash and Card accepted. A $5 processing fee applies on every $100 if paying by credit card.

Warranty That Holds

★ We back every replacement with a Lifetime Warranty against air leaks, water leaks, and workmanship issues for as long as you own the vehicle.

★ Warranty does not cover:

  • Future rock damage

  • Accidents or impact damage

  • Third-party tampering

  • Failure to follow AGRSS aftercare instructions

  • Rust

Pinch Weld Rust Advisory

Windshield urethane must bond to clean, solid metal. When rust is present, the adhesive may not bond properly. Even with primer, existing rust can continue spreading and may:

  • Lift the urethane

  • Cause leaks

  • Lead to future glass failure

Because rust compromises the bond, Glass Gal cannot warranty any installation on vehicles showing rust in the pinch weld area.

The correct long-term fix is to:

  1. Grind out the rust

  2. Recondition/repaint the metal

  3. Then install new glass

This level of repair is not included in standard installation pricing, as we must keep pricing competitive. If rust is identified, we will advise you before continuing.

Vehicles with no rain channel behind the urethane bead are more prone to rust because water sits in the same spot over time, eventually eating the metal away.

Trusting your glass tech to assess & communicate this correctly is key to a safe installation.

What We Need From You

★ Provide your vehicle’s VIN to accurately match brackets, sensors, and glass.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

★ Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a $50 rebooking fee.

Legal Fine Print

★ We’re not responsible for unseen damage, hidden rust, or interior electronic malfunctions that interfere with the job.

★ Following AGRSS aftercare instructions is critical for your safety. Glass Gal LLC is not responsible for issues caused by neglecting required cure times or aftercare steps.

★ Any disputes are governed by Georgia law.

★ Agreement of policies is made when appointment is confirmed.

Before We Arrive – Prep Tips:

★ Remove any personal items from the dashboard, seats, and floorboard near the work area.

★ Park on level ground in a well-lit spot with enough space to open doors fully.

★ Have keys and vehicles easily accessible.

After Care Instructions:

★ Avoid washing your vehicle for 48 hours after replacement – let those seals cure like a boss.

★ Leave tape on for 24 hours, then remove it to avoid paint sticking to the adhesive.

Rain and Weather Disclaimer

★ We require safe, dry conditions. If it’s raining or storming, we may need to reschedule or move to a covered area. Your safety (and your seal) comes first. If rain is projected, we may be subject to a drop off on Macon Rd in Columbus, GA.

ADAS and Camera Disclaimer

★ Vehicles equipped with a forward-facing camera or ADAS may require recalibration after windshield replacement. Glass Gal LLC will notify you if this applies, and we’ll assist with recommendations for recalibration where needed.

What We Repair

★ Rock chips, bullseye breaks, and combination hits no larger than a quarter.

What We Don’t Repair

★ Cracks and chips originating near the black band around the windshield. Once pressure is applied, chips could crack instantly in these spots.

★ Chips larger than a quarter, or with cracks extending beyond 3 inches, may not qualify for repair.

Chip Chic Guarantee

★ We use the VANISH Resin Injection System, designed to stop spread and restore windshield strength.

★ Repairs may improve visibility, but chips can leave slight blemishes or distortions — cosmetic results are not guaranteed.

★ Some chips may reflect light differently after repair — this is a normal sign of a completed ROLAGS-standard repair.

★ If a chip spreads within 60 days, your repair payment will be credited toward a Sassy Swap full replacement.

★ No refunds issued for cosmetic appearance. Our guarantee focuses on safety & structural integrity, not looks.
