Below are the policy details and disclaimers for our two service options: Sassy Swap (full glass replacement) and Chip Chic (windshield repair).

Sassy Swap Policy

Services We Provide

Sassy Swap specializes in full glass replacements for windshields, door glasses, quarters, vents, and back glasses. Glass Gal LLC will not be responsible for regulator or switch issues within the door panel. If we pop the panel off and notice a regulator has snapped or the customer needs a switch, we may stop the installation and refer to another shop to rectify the issue before glass can be replaced.

Payments

★ You’ll receive upfront pricing before work begins – no surprises.

★ Payment is due at completion: cash and card accepted. If paying with a credit card, there will be a processing fee of $5 for every $100.

Warranty That Holds

★ We back every glass replacement with a Lifetime Warranty against air or water leaks for as long as you own the vehicle.

★ Warranty excludes future rock damage, accidents, and third-party tampering.

What We Need From You

★ Tell us your vehicle’s VIN number to accurately match brackets (Lane Departure, Rain Sensor, etc.).

★ Please clear the area of work before arrival.

★ Make the car accessible with keys ready.

★ Spot an issue? Let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

★ Cancel at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a $50 rebooking fee.

★ No-shows or last-minute cancels (within 2 hours of appt) may be billed 25% of the quoted job.

Legal Fine Print

★ We’re not responsible for unseen damage, interior electronics malfunctions, or hidden rust interfering with the job.

★ Any disputes are governed by Georgia law.

★ Use of our website or communication tools confirms agreement with these terms.

★ Policies may be updated anytime – check back or ask us directly.

Before We Arrive – Prep Tips:

★ Remove any personal items from the dashboard, seats, and floorboard near the work area.

★ Park on level ground in a well-lit spot with enough space to open doors fully.

★ Have keys and vehicles easily accessible.

After Care Instructions:

★ Avoid washing your vehicle for 24 hours after replacement – let those seals cure like a boss.

★ Leave tape on for 24 hours, then remove it to avoid paint sticking to the adhesive.

Rain and Weather Disclaimer

★ We require safe, dry conditions. If it’s raining or storming, we may need to reschedule or move to a covered area. Your safety (and your seal) comes first.

ADAS and Camera Disclaimer

★ Vehicles equipped with a forward-facing camera or ADAS may require recalibration after windshield replacement. Glass Gal LLC will notify you if this applies, and we’ll assist with recommendations for recalibration where needed.

What We Repair

★ Rock chips and bullseye breaks no bigger than a quarter.

★ Maximum 4 chips per visit – you may need to consider the Sassy Swap if there are more than 4 chips in the glass.

What We Don’t Repair

★ Cracks and chips originating near the black band around the windshield. Once pressure is applied, chips could crack instantly in these spots.

★ Chips larger than a quarter, or with cracks extending beyond 3 inches, may not qualify for repair.

Chip Chic Guarantee

★ We use the VANISH Repair System for a professional-grade resin injection designed to stop the spread and restore clarity.

★ While most chips improve visibility, some may still leave a slight blemish or distortion.

★ Some chips may reflect light differently – a normal sign of repair.

★ If the chip spreads within 60 days, we’ll apply your payment for a full windshield replacement through Sassy Swap.

★ No refunds are issued based on cosmetic results.

Payment and Service Fees

★ Chip repairs are $40 per chip.

★ We accept cash and card payments, and a $5 processing fee will be applied to all card payments.
