What qualifies for a Chip Chic repair?

Chip smaller than a quarter and cracks under 3 inches (not in the black edged band) qualify. Anything larger might need a Sassy Swap.

Will the chip completely disappear after repair?

Nope! The goal is to stop it from spreading and restore windshield strength. Most chips will look 80% better, but tiny blemishes may still be visible.

How long does a Chip Chic take?

Chip Chic repairs take about 15-20 minutes. We’ll be in and out.

How do I know If I need a Sassy Swap?

If the crack is larger than 3 inches, deep, or in the driver’s line of sight, it’s definitely time for a Sassy Swap.

Do you use aftermarket or OEM?

Both! OEM glass is available at a much higher cost, (in my opinion, aftermarket is thicker). We also have high-quality aftermarket options that save $$$.

Is calibration included if I have sensors?

Not currently. If any warning lights are already on, they will remain on after service. We do have a contact who is top- notch at calibrations if you want to give him a shout.

Do you come to me or I come to you?

Both! We’re mobile and can come to you or we can meet at our designated parking lot in Columbus. Extra charges if further away, we will discuss it before lift off.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash is always queen, but we accept card payments. For chip chic, its a 5$ processing fee. For Sassy Swap, it is 5$ for every 100$ charged.

Do you have a referral program?
